Listeria and listeria monocytogenes

Listeria monocytogenes is a pathogen, responsible for the potentially serious foodborne illness listeriosis. Here at Harvey Ash Laboratories we can test your food products and environmental swab samples to provide assurance that your facilities and products are free from this pathogen. We use the globally-recognised method ISO 11290-1, the same method often used in research by New Zealand government agencies such as PHF Science (formerly ESR) and the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI)*.
